Position Opening: June 2025 - June 2026
Opportunity to work directly with Eventing Trainer and Coach Jennifer Wooten -Macouzet at Trinity Eventing in Beavercreek, Oregon.
Trinity Eventing focuses on developing horses and riders in the sport of Eventing. Our farm is a boutique facility catering to 28 horses in our full-time training program.
Jennifer is a:
ECP Level IV instructor
FEI 5-star competitor
RideiQ Coach
Young Rider Coach
Young Event Horse Trainer, including starting young horses
United States Pony Club Graduate & Center Administrator
Apprenticeship is well-suited for someone who desires to have a successful career in the Equine Industry and develop solid riding, teaching and horse management skills to become a qualified professional rider and instructor.
This position will give you a lot of hands-on experience in the industry with opportunities to travel and compete at Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing Competitions.
Compensation includes weekly allowance and housing.
Requires a 1-year commitment.
Ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Is a reliable, committed horseman who loves the equestrian lifestyle and thrives in a structured, supportive community.
Is detail oriented, tidy and conscientious towards horses and others in the barn community.
C-level Pony Club experience is a plus!
Has practical experience with horse management, lunging and wrapping.
